However, it is obtuse, outrageous, anti-American and brainless for the Pentagon or President to threaten with trial and POSSIBLE EXECUTION Mark Kelly, senator, decorated war hero, Navy Captain, Astronaut, patriot & husband to assassination scarred Rep. Gabby Giffords.
The President, Senator and the Secretary of War should re-read the Uniform Code of Military Justice. There are legal ways to object to bad orders, and rational, proportional ways to punish offenders.
Perhaps a strongly worded letter to their file. Politicians who suggest those who disobey will be hanged are FAKE NEWS.
