This clip begins with an introduction into what is known, focusing mostly on the rifle that Lee Harvey Oswald used. Josiah Thompson author of Six Seconds in Dallas is introduced on set. His extremely technical rebuttal of Warren Commission’s report is discussed, pointing out more than one inconsistency, with frame-by-frame analysis of the Zapruder film. The rifle used is also shown, and perhaps the most convincing argument discussed: was the time between JFK getting hit, and Governor Connolly getting hit, far too short to be done with this weapon?
A CIA report released to the public in 2014 found that the agency withheld information and potentially communications with Lee Harvey Oswald from the Warren Commission. It’s findings have been disputed and mired in controversy practically since they were released to the President in 1964.
