February 3rd, 1998. Geraldo Rivera introduces us to the anonymous missing people of the country with the story of Lawrence Andrews, who vanished without a trace after a night in New York City.
“..Andrews and a group of his buddies were among the 10s of thousands of peoples celebrating New Year’s Even in Times Square. In all the confusion Laurence was somehow separated from his group. He was never seen again.”
We hear from Lawrence’s family about all that was expected of him, including a part in his sister’s wedding. Towards the end of the segment we speak to an expert, and discuss what is likely to have happened in such a big city.
Mr. Andrews was later found drowned near Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
