Artis Leon Ivey Jr., better known as Coolio sits in to talk about the problems with gang violence, and how he originally came from M.A.A.D. Minority Alliance of Anti-Discrimination. A few minutes into this segment we hear commentary on the just passed Injunction against the 18th Streeth Gang, and how it would actually affect all residents of those communities. Juvenile Hall is just teaching them to be worse.
