Kim and Bob were on a harmless mountain hike in Ecuador when they tried to take an alternate route back down. Bob fell and broke several bones, both were stuck for days over a 200′ abyss inside the volcano.
“…I was just really scared, that he was maybe dead or really seriously injured. And we couldn’t get help.”
In this clip Mr. Bob Elion describes how he was certain death is at his door and resigned himself to fate. He speaks of what can only be described as a miracle which gave these two strength to escape, both with their lives intact.
