1980s. In this exclusive raw footage Geraldo Rivera brings us with the sheriff’s department, seeing the aftermath of a house raided for distribution of drugs.
“I don’t think this guy is buying keys at a time, he’s probably buying ounces, they’re broken right off of the kilo..”
We see the suspect in handcuffs as one of the deputies reviews the items being seized and other evidence. He has about $600 total in the house and has waived his rights. We cut to a woman who was in the house with her small baby, claiming to have no idea about the cocaine, and then hear from a neighbor next door who explains how drug dealing was obviously occurring. The segment is closed out speaking to a deputy who describes seizing many of the same scales in drug raids, and how they are sold at local liquor stores.
