
Woke up to a new blizzard of tweets from President Trump alleging his offices in New York were wiretapped by the Obama Administration. Don't know if that is true. The sources were talk radio firebomber Mark Levin and the equally bomb throwing right wing website Breitbart, which does not make it false only suspect.
But let's dissect this latest controversy. Remember the main point: everyone now agrees that Russia was caught meddling in our election. The issue is whether the Trump campaign colluded with the Russians. Since that is where the rubber meets the road, it would be totally legitimate for USA intelligence officials to surveil Trump officials suspected of making those contacts.
